Well it is interesting and a stimulant of course.I have to admit that it improved my memory,language and typing speed.I got to admit that I know more about the world now. Mainly it has shown that the emotions and ambitions are the same the world over.Mylot is just great.

I frequent myLot for several reasons. First, I really enjoy reading things about my interests. Second, I feel happy when I get to share my knowledge on certain issues. Third, I feel well when I get to help myLotters who are in need of help or advice on important matters. Fourth, at the end of each day, I get to realize how much I know and how much I have learned about life. Fifth, well, of course, the earnings.

Your welcome. My husband and I both work 7 days a week right now. I work 16 hours a day on and offline around the house too. He works 8 hours at night. He lost a good job last year and makes less money now, so I try to help us make it. I really like Mylot and it takes a strain away from my online duties I do every day.

I know what you mean! I suffer from M.E. and fibromyalgia and am mostly bed bound. I hate the brain fog I get sometimes. I take gingko biloba supplements, frequent MyLot and do Sudoku puzzles to try and keep the little grey cells ticking over!

For me it is nice to be able to "talk" to other people. I am home alone all day, don't have friends here to talk to on a daily basics. I used to complain that all I had around was kids to converse with but since they are all grown I find that was the good days. So, since I can't make them young again I can try to keep my mind young also by talking to others and learning about different things also.

The same reason to be honest. It is my escape from my other work of writing. Hummm ok perhaps you can council me on that one. hehe.
I like the fact that I have met some very good friends on here and some of them have helped me grow in more ways than one.
It is good to know I am not the only one who comes here for a bit of sanity in this crazy world.

I have not started on hub pages as of yet, I am going to. I have to finish the sign up process, I write for Articles and Content and Hellium, Shooving, and Triond along with other places as well depending upon the content that I am asked to produce.

Initially I used to frequent mylot for earning money, now it is different, whenever I want some views about a subject then I come here and start a new discussion,I really get very good answers here for day to day problems. Such as recently I wanted to know how to submit my site in search engines so I posted a discussion and believe me that the responses solved my query.

I think myLot helps me to relax in my life. I am working as a medical transcriptionist and takes a lot of me and sometimes gets stressed out. I think myLot is one place where I get lots of friends and get payed. More than that I am also able to get relaxed and gets lots of opinions and suggestions to all my doubts and questions.

I agree, myLot is good therapy and I do the same - it makes me think, it also helps me to work on my writing as sometimes I get into a rut or have writers block and here I can 'write' use some creativity and at the same time the little extra money is nice too.
Best of all are the friends, encouragement, and support I get here - lets face it, I'm addicted.

I come here whenever I can to visit my friends here and see how they are doing/what's going on in their lives. I'm also becoming an even better typist cause of mylot. lol

Definitely helps my old brain being here. My friends are great, but friends can't provide all the discussion opportunities available here. Friend talk seems to center on family, activities, etc. for me. I came on a recommendation for earning money, but quickly disavowed myself of that idea. I stay because myLot constantly expands my horizons.... ha ha sounds a little corny, but true Whit

Well, my brain is not old, but it sure does need exercise. I am stay ay home mom to a 13 month old. while i love spending everyday with him, his vocabulary is limited. Dada, mom, yum, no, up, banana, wawa (water),CCCCCAAAAA (cat), grma (grandma) and byebye. there are only so many conversations that I have have with him before my brain turns to mush. Like yourself I stumbled upon mylot because a person on another sight said i could earn money here. So I checked it out and while I have earned some (not reached payout yet), i think i have probably spend that much in electricity to run my lap top. I stay because i like the community, companionship and conversation.

I totally agree. I do try real hard to keep tabs on my friends and if they aren't online and on myLot, I become concerned. I know it sounds strange but I honestly do. I like opinions from others also. My overall experience here is good. Thanks for responding.

I like the give and take around here. I usually learn something new or remember something I might have forgotten. Some things are surprising and some are fun, too.
