I want information on Herbal Life

This goes back many years ago when I was young I helped a lady with her kindergarden. She loved kids and ran her own. She got to where she found it hard and that's why she hired me to help her because she was 300 pounds and had a hard time. She eventually turned to Herbal Life supplments and she lost a huge amount of weight. I can't remember at what weight she got to but it was somewhere around the 150 pound mark. she looked fabulous and had no more problem running her kindergarden, so I had to look for another job and I kind of lost track of her. I found out one day she was very sick so I went to see her. After a few visits she informed me she had cancer and they were blaming Herbal Life for the problems she was having. Now how much of this is true, who knows??? I haven't heard anything else.

I don't know many people who sell it. I have a few shaklee friends...but I have yet to have an online acquaintance who sells herbal life. sorry, wish I was more help.

Hmmmm I've known of many people becoming Herbal Life agents in the last 20 years or so and going on about how they're going to become rich beyond their wildest dreams and the products are a revolutionary breakthrough bla bla bla! BUT I've never personally bought into it, never bought a single product, have never actually met anyone else (who wasn't a rep for Herbal Life themselves) who bought the products and those people who were going to become rich never did become rich and never really mentioned it again after a while. Some people even got the hump with me because I refused to buy their products and/or become a rep under them (i.e. join in their downline or whatever it's called). I still believe this is shoddy multi-level marketing at its worst. A business that has been around for so many years but whose products I never ever see anywhere? They come out with all the nonsense that you can make lots of money as it's not sold in the shops so you have a captive market, but whoever uses the stuff? LOL! If you don't like the ingredients list hun, stay clear. Don't feel pressured into doing or using anything you're not comfortable with. x

I had a friend involved with Herbalife for a long time and had nothing really good to say about it. She never showed me anything about it so I really don't know how much effort she put into it. I know, from a personal level, my wife and I have been with Shaklee for some time and have been very successful with it. I love the idea that it has been getting alot of coverge (ie, Oprah) and has a history of integrety. Network marketing is easy if you have a product/service you are excited about. Don't let anyone take you into getting into anything...because they will need to talk to you into doing it on a daily basis! Good luck with your search. me and my sister got involve in this herbalife business, at first i was skeptical to use it, but somehow, i have to lose some weights so i decided to take the product, in 2 months of using the product i lose 14lbs,my skin clears, my insomnia and dysmenorrhea was totally gone ^______________^ amazing and very effective, you should have the product + discipline= tremendous change in your self and life my sis 2 month in the business as a part time job earns 250 dollars were just getting started,we were both excited, be positive always and hard work will do . i am glad we can help other people become healthy and looks good i love herbalife !! ^_^

I remember Herbal life from way back. My husbands ex wife was involved in it. My step daughter came over one day with a bag of pills. She said this was her lunch, that just turned me off. I was never impressed with anything I heard about it. I was seriously thinking about getting in the Shaklee business, it is a good product and has been around for ages. Its just so darn expensive. Good luck if you do get involved.
