Used Tax Slayer? Im scared I might of just been scammed Pls respond

I used this website because it said I could do both my Fed & State for 9.99 and AS SOON AS I put my checking info in there for a refund from state & the site said page can not be displayed. What the heck is that about. I've tried to open it several times now with same error message. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. http://www.taxslayer.com/

Where did you get this site? If you go onto the irs site, there are tons of sites listed where you can do your taxes. Is this site listed? That is where I went to do mine. I have done my own taxes online for the past 2 years. My father uses software he buys at walmart to do my parent's and other peoples. You can efile with that too.
I would see if this site has a phone number. Then you could call them and ask what is going on. Good luck.

Oh my. I hate to hear that. Do they have a contact button or a telaephone number? I hate using sites online because of the glitches and the errors. I hope it is not a scam site.
