Do you or your kids text? Why do you or your kids text? Do you think you/ or your kids would text as much if you had some reminder every time you sent a text through that it cost x number of cents?

Well this is a good one. I was kind enough to put my daughter on my plan. She did good for a few months. Then here a month ago I get a bill for 1752.00. Between texting and calling someone in the UK she ran my bill up...She paid it and said it wouldn't happen again. Well guess what, she did but not as much..About half of that.

I let my daughter text. she pays for her own phone and cell phone usage so why not, is how I see that part. It is alot cheaper on her phone for her to text than what it costs to lay on the phone for hours at a time.

My wife and I text all the time. We got the plan that includes the unlimited texting, only because there are a lot of times when we may not always be able to simply call each other and the texting works very well. I know that we did not do it quite so much wnen we had to pay a certain price per text; it can become very expensive. Now though, with my younger sister on our plan, too, the unlimited texting works perfectly.
