Are you a vegetarian?

I'm trying to be a vegetarian, and I find this lifestyle is very helpful. I fell more strong and healthy. What about you?

I take both veg and non veg.I think veg is good for heath,compare to non veg.Now lot of non veg people are switching back to veg,because of some health problem.But getting fresh vegetable is the main problem.Everything is contaminated with pesticides.

Yes, that's right. Ideally we consume organic vegetable. But the price will be the main problem

I wish I had the willpower to be a vegetarian. If I was living alone I could probably do it a lot easier. Since I'm cooking for my husband and myself, not having meat is really not an option. I don't have the willpower to cook it and not eat it! I do eat a lot more vegetables than I used to, though, so I guess that's better than nothing.

Me, I eat both vegetables and meat. You just have to keep a balanced meal to maintain your body when yours concerned about your health. There's nothing wrong on being a vegetarian. You just have to look for an alternative source for protein since vegetables are low on that while meat products have alot of it. Though I often crave for vegetables whenever it seems that I've been eating too much meat ^_^;

KUDOS..to you! But I hope that you have thoroughly researched what proteins you may need to supplement, as well as other nutrients. They are many tremendously healthy vegetarians, but I have also met many unhealthy vegans! I would like to see you have regular medical check-ups while your body adjusts to this new life-style! Be certain it is beneficial to you!

oh thats good, while i am a pure vegetarian by diet and has never evr tasted any non-veg food apart from an egg omlette that too hardly twice in my entire life, while i take egg in chocolates and cakes.
