why bux.to still doesn't use paypal?

thats a quetion in my mind caused another program which created by bux.to program which is bux3 at this moment already using paypal as their payment processor. then why bux.to still using alertpay not paypal? anyone can know more about this one?

I have no idea. I wandered that also. I had to set up an Alertpay account yesterday for them. I would much rather be paid with Paypal. I hope they change it back or add it again even if they want to use Alertpay also.
