Serena, who's been with us the longest, is going to a new home! I hadn't been looking real hard because I half hoped the former owner would want her back. But when I heard that she went from renting a room with someone to sleeping on a friend's couch I realized that she was just loosing ground instead and started looking for a new home. She had a lady who just loves her basketball shaped body, and stubby legs and whippy tail! So, that's another out!
down to 23!!!

Well, that is great to hear. I am glad she got to go to a nice home where she will get lots of love and attention. I think all good pets should have good owners who will really take care of them. They are like a child and should be cared for if you own them.

Ya know, I just never got that attached to her. Might've had something to do with her biting me about 2 months after bringing her in. Granted she was provoked. Solo was chasing her and she ran across my head. Was it HER fault I just happened to have the MIGRAINE from HELL? I was between phone calls from the doctor and expecting he was going to send me to the hospital (he did) and the cat bite was just icing in the cake - so to speak.

I am glad you got a good home for Serena. My hats off to you for having 23 cats. I cannot even think about having more than my two.

That's great! Now there are only 92 legs to trip over or stand on now! I hope she will be very happy in her new home.

Yea! A quality adoption is always good. I would love to have a few more adoptions. Especially the adults. I have to bring them to America to get them adopted. That's very expensive.
I have one pending for a kitten. They really want the kitten, white male with blue eyes, but nothing is a sure thing until the furface leave the house.
