do sleep walking man can commit crimes?

some expert says that sleep walking can commit crimes. Like killing someone. I watch a movie regarding of this and it is base on true story. A man who killed his wife mother not intentionally because of a reason of "sleep walking". IT was proven and pledge him as not guilty. Any comments? What can u say about this?

Yes It can commit crime... It is possible because you just dont know what youre doing.. like being drunk.. after the hang over youll be very shock how disgusting you were lastnight

hi ayou, thanks for your responsed. They said if you are sleep walking. you are definitely unconsious or like in a comma.

it's a proven fact that while you are sleepwalking whatever you do you will not remember when you wake up
