I hate to take time out of my busy day to cook big meals during the week but I also hate fast food all the time. I figure there are many like me so I thought I'd share my quick fix dinner with you guys:
7 can soup
2 cans Cambell's Chicken Gumbo
2 cans Cambell's Minestrone
2 cans Rotel
1 can of water
1/2-3/4lb ground beef (to your preference)
Brown the ground beef and season to taste. Drain the beef. Add the cans of soup and water and simmer. Viola! A meal in 20 minutes! And tastey at that. It can be spicey or not so spicey depending on how much rotel you add and the degree of hottness, but it is so good. Anyone else have some quick fix dinners? I'd love to have more recipes to add to my workweek.

Yes, I know you'll be surprised to get an email from myLot on this one - I feel bad that after 2 years you had no responses. This actually sounds pretty good, although I might only do one can of Rotel and one can of regular tomatoes. I don't know if you want to come back to see what's changed, but I just posted a quick and easy meal as well. We had it for dinner tonight, but it's something that can be used in more than one kind of meal.
Anyway, I hope you decide to come back - I like it here myself. It's way more than making money ('cause I don't make a lot) - it's like a huge International neighborhood.
