Jim Bauer Fans work pretty well positioned right, and so far the humidity has cooperated so it's not just blowing hot, wet air around. It's still off as we speak, and I hope to be able to hold out at least another week.

Jim Bauer Normally that's my stance. Never compromise comfort for cost. But we're beyond that at this point. I've run out of things to cut, and I refuse to increase our salary to make up the difference. Even though we have the money to do it.

Jim Bauer Sometimes easy dinner nights are exactly what you need. I kind of did that yesterday with On-Cor chicken parmigiana and baked potato. On the side we had some St. Louis salad leftover, so that was our veggie.

Jim Bauer It rained yesterday with thunderstorms, but the weather has actually been mild, especially humidity and temperature wise. It's helped us to keep the air off, which I welcome gladly for more reasons than the cost.
