Getting Dark Alittle Later

I like it when the days are longer too and it gets dark later. We get to do a few things after dinner like go for a short walk or just sit out on the patio reading a book :)

It's looking more like spring is coming. I really love that. I can't wait for the warm weather. At least I won't have to worry about not being able to get into my car in the mornings.

I love it when its dark out later. I dont go outside alone in the dark, so in the winter i stay inside after suppertime as apposed to the summer when i can stay out till 8-9pm, well .. when i didn't have kids in bed by 8 that is;P

And DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME! I'm so EXCITED!!! I'm probably the ONLY person I know that loved Daylight Savings.

Ohhhh yes!! Hubby and I both have noticed it's getting dark at a later time and that means SPRING IS AROUND THE CORNER!! YES YES YES!! Finally the endless days of being cooped inside and the dry cold air is going and the pretty spring air is coming and all the pretty flowers and things are growing and the birds are singing and making babies.... Ahhhh spring is around the corner!!

I'm definitely happy that the days are getting longer again, mostly because I hate the cold! I'm looking forward to it being warmer outside, as I feel I have been much too sedentary over the last few months. We've been relying on the car too much which is bad for both body and wallet. I will be glad when I am motivated to take a walk over to the bank again, or take a stroll downtown just because I get bored.

I love that its getting darker outside later. and your right more time to do stuff. I hate driving in the dark...specially when their is a car coming the other way on a country road. You cant see nouthing. or is that just me? And the getting darker outside later means spring and summer is almost here!!! YEAH!!

I like the variations in the seasons,but don't like the longest day coming around and Me not having had as much free time on the long evenings as I'd like to with work commitments.. I don't mind the shortest day coming and going in the same situation,though!

I love it and so do my kids, they now have time to go outside to play after homework is done. I think Daylight Savings is next weekend!!!

I definitely care! I love sunshine and I can't wait until it stays light outside until 9 pm! I am excited that it is staying light longer too. It means that it will be warm soon!

I always waite for Dec21 then I know the short days are over and light is coming back, myself I just like coming home from work and it is still light out. I struggle when it is dark to long. It really effects my moods. So I am with you, in enjoying the longer days.

I love when the days are longer. Shorter days always make me feel penned in and tired even though I shouldn't be any more tired on those days than on longer ones. When do the clocks get put ahead? I can never remember but I always like how much longer of a day it makes it.

Ohhh I love it!! It doesn't take much for me either...I love that first really warm day...how could you not feel happy?? Plus, you're right, you just feel like you have more time to do things! It seems like a small thing, but it really affects my mood.

I love it when its light out until 7,8, or 9. Theres nothing better than being outside till late playing basketball outside or throwing around the baseball. Im not a big fan of the dark,cold months i love the sun and cant wait till march 9th to turn the clocks forward.

I have been waiting patiently for the days to get longer, and it is only recently that the difference has become noticeable. I much prefer the daylight rather than travel to work in the dark then back home in the dark. The lenght of daylight seems to accelerate at this time of year, so hopefully the days will be quite a bit longer in a few weeks time.

yeah it happens every year in this part of the world...its to do with spring being in potetial. Seriously, i know what you mean, i love the longer hours of daylight, as i suffer from S.A.D its great to feel my mood lift blessed be

yes of course..since when its going to be dark it means the day is ending and you have to rest ..and you will be looking forward to another day!!

Yup.It's summertime here in the Philippines and the days are getting longer.I like it that way so that I could play longer.

Hi Terry, Yeah I like when it gets dark later, so I can go out safely, here in my place sometimes it's not safe to be in the streets when it is already dark. I'm also worried to my children when they are still outside.
