scratches on laminate flooring

i'm not much of a help here, but...if you put down the floor, and know the manufacturer, contact them for this info. But if you are not aware of whom it is, I think you will have to find out whether it is hardwood laminate or man-made laminate. Many Hardware Stores sell a crayon that is used for covering scratches on furniture, you just match the colors. This is not permanent, so will have to be reapplied, as needed.
