My friend is so fat, so heavy. last year, his bed was broken...
Now he looks not so fat, just looks strong. He not bant, not have medicine. How do he lose weight?
Listen to the rock music with dance, he said. He like rock-and-roll. He said with music, every cell is dancing, that's very effective.
I think that reasonable, maybe you can choose the music to try. or if you have good experience, please share...

Music is vital for weight loss IMO. It not only speeds up work out time but dancing, rigorous dancing will burn those calories too.

Thats a good diet to lose weight on. Just pick the music you like and dance to it. It should do a good job at lowering stress hormones so you can dance longer. dr.feel good played by motley crue

Music with dance can be a very good form of exercise. I like to listen to music as I walk because then I find I start walking faster and am having a good time too.
