Why is it always me?

Do you really want a good guy? I think bad guys can be more fun! But seriously, you seem to be a genuinely nice person. Can't you enjoy the feeling that you are generous and polite, unlike many people. You are better than they are. Don't forget it and don't let other people take advantage of your goodness if it will upset you. You do not want to get into situations where you feel self pity. Just go on being nice but try to be firm as well and remember that sometimes you just have to say no to people.

I know the feeling. I want to believe in Karma but when you do everything good and nothing good happens to you, it is hard to feel that being nice is worth the effort! I have had a couple of times when I've decided I'm just not going to be nice because there is no point but then I just compromise. I make the effort when I thinkit's worth it but I won't be nice to someone I don't like just to be nice.
