Who can tell me how to lose weight!

I'm a senior high school student.I'm 170cm,you may think I'm tall.But I'm over 70 kilograme! Who can help me to lose weight?

lose weight.. but that would mean you'd weigh nothing!! I suggest having a poo and see what happens, chances are it may just be the ticket to losing weight fast!!

You can lose weight easily by frequent gym routine .. dancing and diet.

Dear Sherry, You have BMI ( Body Mass Index ) of 24.2 which on the higher side of the normal weight. You are not overweight which is above 25. http://www.tatatea.com/calculate_bmi.htm You can go to that site and see for yourself. Just see that you do not eat any fast foods oozing cheese and butter. Add more vegetables and fruits to your daily food. Always eat fruits before food so that you can decrease the amount of other main ingredients like rice, wheat etc, whatever it is... You can lose some kilos, but do not fast too much. You'll get anorexia.. and face problems later on.. So keep an eye on what you eat and maintain it. Ok

It's easy to lose weight once you set a goal and stick to it. I suggest lessening your carbs in the evening, giving out more than what you eat by exercising. In my opinion, the most important meal that you should watch out for is dinner. The reason is because you sleep, and energies are not really being used. Energies are being turned to fats if they are overeaten.

losing weight/ dieting is all about discipline and determination.if you really want to lose weight, start eating healthy foods like veggies and fruits.and if you love rice, do not eat white rice, eat brown/black rice instead.that's what my fitness trainer told me..hehehe.you need to go to the gym and and work out for an hour or two.im sure,in one month,you'll see the difference

You aren't overweight at all. You fit in with a healthy weight range. I'm not sure how to do a conversion chart of calories, but you would need to consume 1,078 calories per day in order to lose weight. Also exercising and weight lifting will help you to lose weight.

I dont understand why you want to loose weight. with a height of 170cm weight of above 70 kgs is not more. You can reduce weight by jogging and gyming. And if you lovedancing then there is no better way to reduce weight than dancing. Its fun as well as excercise.

Don't feel bad. You are NOT overweight (at least not to me)!!! If you were my height (I think it is about 158 cm 5 foot 2 inches) and weighed that much, you could say you were overweight. I actually weigh more than you do. What I would suggest would just be to eat sensibly and exercise. If you want to lose weight, it is best to do it a little at a time and make lifestyle changes instead of just going on a binge diet. good luck!!!
