I love to soak in a nice warm tub, with some candles, and a good book! That is probably one of my favorite "me time" things to do. Another thing I like to do is just kick back in the recliner and watch a good drama or comedy! What kind of things do you like to do? I'm always looking for ideas, being a mother of 3, I don't get much "me time", but I do my best so I keep my sanity.

It is hard trying to find time to fully relax, but I like to dim the lights and just think of nothing. I also like sit on my sofa and just watch a video. Maybe listen to soft music. I like to lay down on my bed with my fan on me so it is nice and cool, I also like to turn off the light. Sometimes I lay down on bed and do some reading as well. I also like to go for a walk; I walk around my complex and enjoy the birds singing and cats pouncing around on the grass.

I can relate to having a hard time fully relaxing, but I find just doing something to take my mind off life for awhile is very helpful. I forgot to add that I too enjoy walks, during nice weather I walk everyday with my kids, its soothing for all of us.

Definitely a nice hot bubble bath after a long day with my kids helps me to relax a little bit. i will sit in there for an hour and keep adding hot water just to be able to lay there without having to do something like cleaning or taking care of the kids. i also like to read and do every chance i get. sometimes though after a hard day, i just lay on the couch and don't move for hours after getting my kids off to bed. i feel to tired to get up and do anything although i'm sure there is lots to be done. LOL! A good movie is also relaxing and i love watching comedies because there are times i really just need to laugh and laugh alot. other times i will watch something like the Notebook when i really need to get a good cry out after a stressful day. i find that crying really releases alot of that stress i've been feeling and i feel so much better after a good cry. God bless

The best way to relax for me is to sleep. I feel so tired to stare at the screen of the computer for a long time. Beside, it is a little bit boring to sit all day for work. I prefer to going to sleep and having a nice dream. I believe it is the perfect and simple thing for me to prepare for the next day.

Sleeping is one of the best ways to really relax. My only problem is I try to enjoy my downtime from my kids and I feel like I've wasted "me" time if I always was to sleep, but I actually do it more than I'd like to if you know what I mean. I'd love to just go to sleep until my body woke up on its own, but I can't do that.:) However, when I try to enjoy that "me" time I usually end up falling asleep.
