grayangel It is a good poem. It is normal to be sad, if you have not all ready noticed women tend to turn things in. They blame them self for things. You just have to be strong this is going take time to heal, you need to be with her and talk to her the best you can.

How do you express your anger? I try not to go off and yell at people when I'm angry. I've found it really helps me to do vigorous aerobics, a.k.a. punching air and pillows, lol. xD
