I have bought in to all the hype and only drink bottle water. What about you are you a bottle or tap water drinker?

I do not drink very much water, but when I do drink water it is almost always bottled water. When it is not bottled water then it comes out of a filtered pitcher. We have well water and I just don't like the thought of drinking it.

my tap water isnt exactly reliable. the town flushes the systems randomly, or a line breaks somewhere, and the water coming from my faucet is suddenly full of all sorts of crap you really wouldnt want to drink, so i buy bottled.

Bottled water is a bit expensive compared to tap water but it is safer to use especially for when you have kids. We buy in big containers, it saves you more when you have big containers delivered into your house than the small ones. We are not so sure of the quality of tap water nowadays. Now, I cannot drink water anymore if it's not bottled.

I drink bottled water. We actually got a water purifier built into our sink and we have a separate tap for drinking water - its exactly the same as bottled water. We only use the normal tap water for washing dishes. Its not that our water in particularly dirty but I think the filtered water actually tastes nicer too.

I think it really depends on where you are. In China, I wouldn't drink the tap water unless it was boiled or otherwise treated and that is too much trouble. I find it easier to pay for a big bottle of water and know that I am safe. When I was in America, I did drink the tap water, but I know it was somewhat better than in this area.
