Is It Spring Where You Are Yet?

Oh I hate winter so much right now. This winter has felt like the longest winter of my life. It started snowing here in I think November and it still snows like every other day. I feel certain that is was Spring by this time last year. Is it like this everywhere this year or is it just Atlantic Canada? I miss the warm weather and the sun sooooooooooooooooooooo much. Is anyone is this hemisphere seeing Spring out htier windows yet? Or is it still winter everywhere?

hang in there Nykee it is coming , I lived with my husband in vermont for several years and it was so snowy all the time I often wondered if spring ever came to this part of the world lol. Now we live in Ohio and spring is right around the corner I can see it coming . will try to give a little push to the warm spring time you desire from down here in ohio.

I hate winter also. Maybe that is why I am in the south part of China instead of somewhere in the north. I grew up in Alaska and although I liked the summers there, I hated the winters. Even when it gets to 50 degrees, my fingers and toes start hurting. It gets cool here, but seldom cold. It is spring here and I am very happy about it.

YOu are lucky that it doesn't get very cold where you are. It gets really cold here in the winter.

I am so looking forward to the spring time. However it feels like it is still winter here. We have had gale force winds and very much rain this week. The sky is gray today and the ground is wet after rain this morning. I long to feel some sunshine, see the plants growing like flowers and trees. In my country spring begins at the end of March and Easter is early this year. Spring is meant to be March, April and May. I love hot weather and so my favorite season is summer. That is meant to be June, July and August.

Spring usually starts aroudn this time here too, but not this year. We just had snow again the other day.

Spring Time Planting - is here in North Carolina. Right now at noon it's 64 degrees and very pretty outside.
Yes it is spring time here. I'm so with you about the winter. I couldn't live where you are and have so much snow all the time. It would really dampen my spirits too much. When hubby retired from the army, we could've moved back to our home state, which is Virginia but we opted out instead to move to North Carolina. It's not that far off but it sure beats getting all that snow that my home town gets! lol

well we have had some really warm days and some semi warm days buit thank fully no cold days:) i live in nc.. and right now it is so sunny!! after lunch im taking the kid outside to play:) its shorts weather here..

Here, in Italy, spring came about one or two weeks ago. it is very nice, because I love spring. I hate winter, it is too cold for me... if you want to have a sunbath, come to Italy :) lol

It's been a rough winter.... - This was taken by a friend at our local town park.
It has been a nasty, wet, snowy winter here in northern Indiana, but the last two days have been sunny and relatively warm (in the 40's). My crocus and tulips are starting to pop up above the ground, so I know spring is on its way!

I didn't get my bulbs out in the fall so now I have to try to put them out ASAP after the final frost. I wish it would warm up here so I could do it. Everything is covered in snow now. I really miss my yard.

More snow tonight. *cry, cry* Yeah I am sick of it too. Think not having the car work all freakin' winter long hasn't helped either as I am a bit shack happy and when I do brave going out the car breaks down. It is so cold. Even yesterday was so sunny but too cold to do anything in it. I am sick of it. Enough already bring my spring!

I know your pain. We do have a working car but it is my husband's and he takes it to work and even if he didn't.....I don't know how to drive yet :( Plus we live almost 10km from the nearest anything. There is a lake a little over a km up the road but that's only worth going to in the summer. Besides there are no sidewalks in my neighborhood so I would have to walk right on the road when there is snow on the shoulder of the road and that is beyond not safe. So I have been stuck in the house basically since November.

I live in Phoenix and it feels like Spring even if it's not. Very beautiful weather we'll been having - in the low 80's yesterday. Of course, in the summer when it's in the 100's won't be very fun.

In our coutry this year's winter is the hardest one too.It haven't snow so much for many years.It almost snowing day by day for a month.These days the weather is turn to well,the sun is so sunny that I want to stay outside to under the sun shine for the whole day.
