How long do questions stay active?

Is there a point when MyLot just starts deleting old junk? Beyond even that, is there an informal "shelf life" for questions? Is there a point where you'd never look "that far back" to answer questions? I'll admit I usually just check postings since my last login in my fave categories. Is that your common practice?

As long as people keep responding to them it seems they are active for at least a year. I don't know why that is but it is!

In answer to your question....most of the older ones don't get my attention and aren't by my friends so I seldom respond to them.

I always go to my email inbox and reply to discussions from my friends each day. I'm not sure how long Mylot actually keeps our discussions around. I think as long as they stay active, then they will be around for a long time. I need to go and check mine to see if some of my old ones are still here. It would surprise me if they are. It looks like Mylot would get rid of some inactive ones though to make more space for the site.
