Cake mix Cookies???? They are so good and easy... here is my favorite recipe! Easy Cake Mix Cookie 1 pkg. any flavor Cake Mix 1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened 1 egg Combine all ingredients at low speed until thoroughly moistened. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes. Cool two minutes; remove from pans. Tips: If using chocolate cake mix, add 2 Tbsp. water to ingredients If desired, stir in 1 c. chocolate chips or 1/2 c. chopped nuts. Hope you enjoy these!

Yes! I used to make them quite often when I wanted something a bit better than store-bought packaged cookies, but didn't want the hassle of mixing them from scratch. I think the recipe I had called for cream cheese. I happen to have some and a cake mix, so maybe I'll make some of these this afternoon. I'm craving something sweet!

I did! My recipe called for: 1/4 c butter (1 stick - softened) 8 oz cream cheese (softened) 1 egg 1/4 teasp vanilla 1 box cake mix, yellow or chocolate Mix together butter and cream cheese, add egg and vanilla Add cake mix 1/3 at a time, mixing well (If using mixer, add the last 1/3 by hand) Cover and chill for 30 min Pre-heat oven to 375. Drop cookie dough by tablespoon and bake for 8-10 min I've always used yellow cake mix before, but today I tried devil's food and added a handful of chopped walnuts and they were very good. They're very soft and chewy, more like a brownie than a cookie. I think they'd be awesome with chopped maraschino cherries in the chocolate.

I have made them a few times. Yes, they are good, but I still prefer regular cookies over the cake mix ones. They are good to switch things up a bit sometimes.

I never make a cake from the cookies from the mix. I really think that the one which we make from the scratch are better in taste compare to the one from the package. And as far as I know up to now, my family and friends loves my cookies. I am glad that they like, and i am proud to make them these cookies as the taste are vary compare to others with the same name and recipe. It is actually depend on how we play with the ingredients to produce a tasty cookies.

These sound good Y. I have never tried them, but I think I am going to print it out right now. I know our grocery store just had cake mixes at a $1.00 box, this will be something good to have around. Are they crisp or chewey once they are done?
