News on Lakota

I have just spoke to my dear Friend Lakota as she has her Mobile/Cellphone with her at the Hospital and her Daughter gave me the Number so I was able to talk to her
Ok I am not sure if I will be spelling everything right but
She had a mild Heart attack which is bad enough
Tomorrow they will be putting a Stint in her Arterie to keep it open, they will also be putting one in the Atterie to her Kidneys as that is closing down as well, this should then control her Blood pressue
I will be ringing her again on Tuesday to see how she is doing
I am a lot more at ease now that I have talked to her and heard her Voice so please everyone still keep her in your Thoughts as she needs all the thoughts and support that she can get
Thank you all for thinking of her and sending her good wishes
I have told her and she will of course thank everyone herself when she is able to
I will let everyone know how the Operation went

It was when Gabs told me how long you had been friends, that I knew how important you were to her. You know our gabs, her heart belongs to everyone and sometimes she needs support just dealing with her worries about us all. So I am so glad that with all you have been through over the past year and more, that this latest episode has turned out so well for both you and our dearest Gabs.

Hello and welcome back Lakota. Our Gabs has had us all pulling for you and here you are again. Sooooooooo good, and now dear gabs can rest herself. LOL I'm so glad that things went well for you and I truly hope you continue to improve and things lighten up for you. You have a large following here my dear, and thanks to Gabs it's growing every day. You just gotta love people, don't you? lol

That's really good to hear gabs! Thanks for the update. Hopefully she'll be on the quick mend! I found a pretty prayer for her, would you give it to her when you talk to her next? Thanks my friend!I take it that she's a part of mylot?

Weemam I was surprised she was not scared at all she was more worried about me worrying over her and making myself Sicker I told her to shush all I am worried about is her right now
You see she is not scared to go as she knows she will be with her Husband when she does she has always told me that
I am worried about her and I was close to tears when I spoke to her but she is ok Her Daughter is a bit scared but she said she will be fine
I am phoning back on Tuesday

Thank you for the update, gabs. Those stints will keep her arteries wide open so she doesn't have another heartattack. Thank the Lord it was just a mild one or worse, a stroke. Lots of prayers floating up for the good Lord above to hear them.

Thank you Sweetie I just was not able to wait till tomorrow to phone I needed to know and I was so happy when I could talk to her she told me not to worry to much about her as it will make me even more Ill
I told her to shush not to worry about me to get herself better that is all I want

Well I am glad to know that you were able to speak to your dear friend and ease your worry a little bit, and I will keep you all in my thoughts and hope that everything goes well and that she has a speedy recovery. I am sure knowing she has so much love and support will aid towards her getting better soon. Take care.

Wow, sounds like she will have to go through alot. I hope it all goes well. I am glad you were able to talk to her and tell her we are all thinking about her, and sending good wishes. I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers.

Thanks for the update. I am glad that they are able to figure this out and help her. Poor woman. She has just been through so much.

I am glad to know that although serious enough, at least it was mild and that they are taking good care of her.
I"m sure soon she will be all better and back here with us.

Thanks so much for the update, Hon, and I'm so glad to know you've talked to her. That's very positive news, I think. I wasn't on here as much the last two days so I didn't know of her troubles until late last night. How sad, with all she's already been through. She's certainly in my prayers and will continue to be.

Oh Gabs, this is good news. Really. My father has had many heart attacks and operations and I'm so glad to hear that it was a mild one for Lakota and not more serious. Stints are wonderful things and have saved my dad's life a few times.
That she was able to talk to you, is really wonderful too - for both of you.
I'm so glad you're keeping us updated. See - those angel kisses work! Hugs to you and more angel kisses for Lakota.

I am glad to hear this news. Thanks for the update. Putting stents into arteries usually is pretty effective at opening them up and keeping them open. I truly hope that this gives Lakota some relief.

Thanks for the update gabs, and I'm pleased to hear that Lakota is doing ok, in spite of all the stuff she is having to go through in hospital.
When you speak to her again, I know you will convey our thoughts to her and tell her that we are praying for a full and speedy recovery.

I am glad that you managed to speak to her Angel - I know how much it perked me up when you phoned me in hospital and that was planned - not traumatic like dear Lakota! Thanks for the update and I will be thinking of her tomorrow when they are putting the stents in! If it helps any I know my bil improved dramatically after this was done for him although he had had at least 3 heart attacks by that time! xxxx
