we all get email junk everyday, if you don't please let me know how you avoid them. I run an e-zine so my email address is pretty much known by all kinds of people, people whom I don't even know, because I have 3,000 memmbers I use an email host to send out my e-zine to my subscribers. they are based in Russia, they service is okay except for one thing, I get spammed from some russian place, they send me emails all the time but its in russian for 2 years now I have been getting several russian emails a day, I block them but they keep coming, it is a losing battle. What is the weirdest emails you ever got?

I would have to say the weirdest one I have ever received was from someone I knew in my past. I didn't know who it was by the name on the list so I went ahead and opened it. It was one of my exes asking me if I was alive, because he hadn't seen me on yahoo messenger in a long time. Well since I didn't know who it was at the time I didn't respond. Later on down the road I get an email from this same person again asking me if they can come home? I am like WTH? So curiosity got the best of me and emailed them back. Strangest thing ever.

The most weird email I ever got was some years ago about someone from Mexico. It says, I am an heir of a certain rich man. LOL. I didn't bother because that can never be possible. I just replied with these letter and words, "LOL! What? I don't look like one. How can you prove that?" Well, long story short, I was replied and was insistent to get my phone number. I give it! What a dumb choice! LOL. Well, they never stopped calling me. Giving me instructions and all. Huh?! I was a little worried about what they are up to but I got calls from them, almost everyday. Asking how am I, do I have some problems. Haha! Until one day, they asked me to send a photocopy of my passport and asked me some amount. Yeahhaa! They think I am not the smart to know. I changed my phone number and I never opened that email account since then. I had it suspended. If they will give a money, then they should deduct all necessary expenses and give me the net amount. HHaha. I don't believe those tricky bad smelling business. It's good I was able to stay sane and smart.

I do get German e-mails, and I do not even know how that happens, as I do not use an e-mail host. I cannot possibly remember the most unusual e-mail.

I think the wierdest one was when it was a scam email. They were trying to say that they were going to give me millions. For a minute I believed it. But I asked for advice, and people told me know that I do not need to do it.

I def have to go with the emails saying stuff like the king of Egypt who is gravely ill has picked me to leave his millions too and all he wants me to do is reply to the email with my name and bank account number. Haha! I get a couple of these a day ofcourse all with different stories. I used to get so mad but you got to give them credit for trying

The strangest emails that I have ever received are chain letters. Some of them are very creative and truly bizarre. I'm quite superstitious and I can't stand the things.

Besides the emails telling me of my inheritance from a relative in Africa (funny since I'm scandinavian), or wanting to sell me viagra (funny since I don't have have a pen!s)-I got an email asking for my desk. I really wondered what the heck this guy was thinking, so I wrote him back. I posted an offer for a desk on freecyle several years ago in a state I haven't lived in for probably 3 years. He dug that up somehow and kept asking why he couldn't have it! Uh, cause I no longer live there and that post was dated from 2004!
