Dont bother!some children dont like to drink milk. You can give it in other form like fruit shake, some milk deserts these are also source of getting vitamins as in milk. Dairy products and dishes are very good for your daughter, these not only have good taste but also provide calcium to our body.

Well if she likes french fries so much use them to your advantage. Tell her she has to eat say 5 bites of her lunch, dinner and then she can have 2 fries. Then she must take another 5 bites to get more fries. If she dosent eat her food she dosent get a french fry. Before you know it she will be eating her food because she wants the fries. I do this with my son. He likes to eat but would rather drink his drink instead of eating. Our rule is he has to take 5 bites to get a drink. It works very well. I hope it will work for you!

there can be a problem with that cause she could just act like she ate 5 bites. it just depends on what type of girl she is.

fenrirwing: Thats why you sit with her while she eats and monitor what she eats. No cheating. alexigne: How old is she? If she is atleast 18 months she will understand. You can do it with her to show her. You take a bite...she takes a bite untill you have reached five. Then you get a french fry. Dont underestimate what a child knows. They are way smarter than we think.
