du u use freshly ground coconut or OTS coconut powder or milk, i try to use freshly gound coconut in my preparations as it is readily avaiale and tastes much better than OTS cocnut products.

tk4159 If i want to take salad as a meal, i make it more healthy like make dressing of mayo, yogurt or cream with some seasoning and mix them into my vegetables. And also add some macaroni in it.
