If there is an argument, disagreement are you called upon to help resolve it?

Yes, Yes, Yes. But it has a price to pay. We have to think about ourselves and nobody from among the family members come to our rescue when needed.Sometimes we wonder what about us?

I wouldn't try. My family, doesn't much care for people getting involved in their spats. No matter how you try, you lose. :)

I would like to think that I am a peace maker in my family. I cannot stand trouble. I stay away from alot of my family because alot of them are nothing but trouble maker. If there isn't trouble sitrred up, they will make sure to get it going. I hate it and I hate the drama that comes from it. I want to live my life in peace.

Hello dear ersmommy. I have to say yes. I am called upon to help resolve it when there is an argument in the family. Months ago, my sister's son decided to move to somewhere else to work as he is not interested in his current working place. This decision made his parents worry a lot about him as my nephew did not think too much about how hard it is to move to a faraway place without thinking about it in a considerate way. I was called by my sister and her husband to help with this. I did and succeeded in not moving to where he wanted to go based on his current situations. He followed my advice. Well, this is only one example of mine that I gave here. There are also some other cases, but I think that one is enough for me to say that I am the peace-maker in the family. Thanks a lot.

Nope, not me. I am usually one of the ones involved in the argument and in my family no one really jumps in and tries to resolve it. It just kinda happens on its own. Eventually.

i'm usually the neutral one, i don't usually get into family disagreements or take sides. at my house i'm the rule maker, so that works out pretty well too :)
