Have You Given Out Best Responses To All Of Your Discussions?

Personally, I know I have many I need to go in and do this with. I think I will start focusing on some of these tonight and go from there. I have been so Busy lately, and my time online somedays is quite limited to where I lack being able to do much in here from time to time. But I know that I owe some people here an apology, and will try on getting out some Best Responses in the next couple of days.
What about you? Have you marked all of yours, or do you only go in once in a while, or are you New, and not sure how to do this? Curious to see if others here are behind like me?

I haven't marked all of mine yet either. I am just back from a few months' hiatus and one of the first things I did was go back and mark BRs for my old discussions.
Now that I am starting new discussions again, I am waiting at least a week or so before marking BRs. I think that gives people a fair chance to find and reply to my discussions before I resolve them.

I agree with the first commenter. I havent chosen a best response because some of my discussions are still fairly new. I wait about 2 weeks before choosing a best response. I am a little behind since I've been trying to catch up on discussions but I'm going to catch up tonite.

I don't give out best response marks before 3 weeks. I give everyone, old and new, plenty of time to put their two cents in before I pick a best response. I don't think it is fair to mark the first response that appears before anyone else has had any input. Three weeks is pretty much my limit, unless I am looking for the answer to something, then once I have received the information I need I don't believe anyone else will contribute and will give a best response mark sooner. But I think it is important to give everyone a chance to respond.

I try and mark each one of my discussions with a best response,sometimes I forget,which I'm sure alot of people don't rememeber to do that every single time.Well if you do you have more time and better memory than me.

I have not marked them all as of yet (but I will) because some discussions are still pretty new and I'd liek to give it a few more days so people can get their fair chance to reply.
Do you at least rate responses if you don't always have the time to find a best response? It only takes a second while you are reading to hit the (+) or (-) for people. :)

When I respond to a discussion I usually try to remember and Rate it, and when someone responds to one of my discussions and I am going in and reading and responding back to them, I do usually try and remember to Rate them if I feel they deserve a rating. And Yes, I never go in right away and give out a Best Response to someone unless I totally like their response, and feel it deserves the Best Response right away.

No i havent given them best responses but will give them after two three weeks.what about yuo have you given them. how often do you give best responses.

Yes, I have. It wasn't that hard to do though since I don't start too many at once to begin with. 
However, I did get a bit behind on giving out BR before and had a pageful of unresolved discussions. It may not seem like a lot to most of folks on here, but as I am on dial-up it can be quite a bit to go through, especially if there are a lot of responses. But I got it done and hopefully I won't go through that again.

Dear friend,
I do leave very rarely without any best responds. Actually I feel that each topics have its own best responds even though some of them did not feel to give as I predicted there could be some good responds or there will come good responds. But it may not occur and some times after I had given a BR then also some time comes a good respond better than the previous BR. Then could give only few +++ so once we give BR it is forever. Not only that it may also gives a moral confidence to the respondent.

No, I am a shocker, think it will take me a whole day to resolve all of my discussions. I have started working on them. Yesterday I went back to some of the old discussions I started and gave about 4 best responses from 4 old discussion a month ago, lol. From now on I am going to try and give best responses the next day after I have started a discussion as long as there was a minimum of 5 responses made. 1 person likes this

I usually try and give mine a few days to run their course before I get around to doing the best responce. I do not like doing it though as I always think that everyones is good and I always feel a bit guilty at just being able to give it to one!

I went through my unresolved discussions last night. The only ones left right now are the new ones. I have only been doing this three weeks so I haven't really had a chance to get behind. I'm not sure, but I think I might go in once a week to see if I have anything that needs to get checked since I haven't started that many discussions yet.

I do it when I get the chance, there was once that I had to select best response for over 50 discussions that I made and surely it was a very tiring chore. Its good to do it by batch but not so many that I think I could have a terrible head ache because of it.

I have a couple left I should do though I just got done going through a couple. I give them out after a week. I go into my unresolved discussions, find the older ones and make sure I have rated them all, responded to all I feel I should, then I select best response. I feel bad if it is a week before I comment, though.
