you can try apple crisp with vanilla ice cream. or maybe a Fresh Warm Brownie with a scoop of ice cream !

How about a hot, steaming pie? - Cherry is my very favorite, but I couldn't find a picture of that.
The first ones that came to my mind were Cherry Pie and Apple Pie Cake. Both are delicious and can be reheated.

Angel food cake is good with a variety of toppings. You can use ice cream to top it or ice cream toppings to top it. It's low fat also, which is a good bonus.

Hot cake fresh from the oven with vanilla ice cream and then some chocolate sauce on top. Very delicious.
