I think that would be alot of fun. I have been to Florida about 4 times so far in my life. I have only been to Panama City Beach and Sarasota so far alos. I have never been to Dinseyland or anything like that yet. I would love to swim with the dolphins too. I love Florida and can hardly wait to go back. How long do you get to swim with the dolphins at that price?

I have a friend that did this a couple of years ago. She loved it and had a blast. I think it would be awesome to do. I don't recall her spending that much money on it though. I think it cost her about $125. Check around, they have this all along the Gulf Coast. And have fun!

if you can afford it, why not. the money you can earn back, but the experience like that is one you can carry you with through the years.

I live in Florida and have annual passes. Though it is an amazing experience I am sure I am not willing to pay that because when you read the whole thing you only spend 30 minutes actually swimming with the dolphins. To me it wouldnt be worth it. However, Seaworld just opened another park across the street that is a pretty nice water park. It is really great for all ages and a lot cheaper than Discovery Cove. I have heard great things about it but I just wouldnt spend that kind of money for my 30mins when you can feed and pet them all day at Seaworld for general admission.

That would be a great bonding moment with your daughter. For sure you will enjoy it. I still haven't seen a real dolphin yet, but I hope in time I will get to see one - even swim with them, too!
