have you forgoten to give positive rating to those discussion

What do you mean with rating, i didn't know that you ould give ratings to discussions? Can you tell me how it works, so that i can do? I just got a best response email today, and i want to express my tnakfulness.

every discussion i respond to, including this one, gets a positive response. I dont do this to be nice, i do it so i know where i have been, when i am looking for discussions to answer later. I do it simoply because a discussion has to be good to get my attention lol blessed be

I am getting in the habit of doing it to every discussion I go to. I do forget sometimes though. I also say thanks for the reply. Sometimes I have so many to respond to, that I forget to add that, but I do try to remember.

You know I have never checked mine. I guess I should go and do that, especially for the people who are still active here in myLot. I try to Rate all of the discussions from now on that I open up now anyways, as it is important for all of us to Rate if we can. But this is a Good topic to bring up for those who might not be considering it.

I forget to do that and it is a good idea to go give those discussions a positive sign. That is a great idea. Thanks a bunch for the reminder. I am still new here and learning something every day. I really like it here and an having a good time learning my way around and meeting all kinds of new friends

well, its easy for me to mark all positives as i don't wanted to rate negative any of them who respond to my discussion or whom i responded... Cheers!!!

Any post that has gotten a response from me has gotten a rating. Most of the time it is a positive rating. If something is important enough for me to respond to then it deserves a +. I do report abuse, as well. I will occasionally give a - if the post is just full of negative attitude.

I rate everything I read. So when I find out I got the best response, I rate that post too.

I usually give a positive rating to the posts that I read, if they are positive and not negative! If I like the discussion, I will rate it even if I do not respond! I do not wait to see if I get a best response to rate a person positive! If I did that, then I might also end up rating people negative just because I did not get a best response! I also answer a discussion even if the best response is already given! I do not see what is so important about getting the best response award! Do we get paid more or just have our rating number go up?

I have not forgotten about the rating. I have been rating everyday. Rated a + is what I used to do and I never like - and have not rated a - rating yet. I usually don't post a thanking response I rate them instead.

Yes sometimes I just forget about giving a positive rating to a certain discussion and I feel sorry for it sometimes for not giving that piece of appreciation to that mylotter.

guilty as charged I sort of do it on discussions without pages and pages but on discussions that have a lot of pages I just do not always have the time I always do on a thanking response

I will look at all my previous best responses and give them all a positive rating. I had never thought to do it. I think it is a really good idea to thank someone in this way. I shall do it from now on. Thank you for the suggestion.

I like to thank everyone for responding, but I don't always because of the rule saying we aren't supposed to. So, I comment only if I have something to add. I do forget to rate, though, as I get so busy trying to determine the best response...lol. I do remember right away and go back to rate. I definitely make a point to rate all of my discussion's respondents.

Yes I forget and remember later most of the time.May a times I so got carried away by a best response I started praising their responses and say loudly that they deserve the BR and forgot to give it.Thankfully I managed to give all those BRs later.

I put a positive rating on any discussion I respond to because I find it interesting and worthy of responding. I dont put it only on my best responses!

I give a positive rating as soon as I read the discussion and so by the time I get a BR There is no rating to do unless new people have responded and then yes I do those ones! ~Heavens~

I do try to remember to give a positive rating to best responses I have marked and to best responses I have been given. I must check though and be sure I have not forgottenany one I do get carried away posting responses and get behind on my other duties here. thanks for reminding us.

I really do try to mark positive those who gave me a best response but I suppose onece in a while I may have missed so I go back and check.

I didn't use to give rating before but now i do give positive rating to everyone who replies to mydiscussion and also to people who have given me best response. I do sometimes forget to give rating but generally i make a point to give positive rating to my friends.
