grabbing your spouse or sig. other and dancing? No reason, just because. There doesn't even have to be any music? Well I did this last night. I called my hubby down stairs and said"Dance with me" and that is what we did. Right there in the den no music.

My wife and I are both fond of this on occasion. It is nice, if there's been quiet peace in the house, to show some appreciation. It's about attention and responsiveness. If my wife wants to dance or cuddle, I try to respond to her feelings and join in. Sometimes, of course, this is not easy to do. If we've been arguing my wife seems to think that a bit of flirting or affection should make the tension go away. It doesn't but I try not to be blunt or rudely reject her wish for affection. Generally, we are getting a bit better at this 'dance' too. But the interesting thing, here, is that I dance with my daughter for no reason, too. At least, that's what's interesting to me. My Precious will stand and 'waltz' with her daddy even though we both have no idea how one is supposed to waltz.

This discussion subject made me smile. I have done this to Bruce and he always complies with me. He loves to dance as much as I do. And if possible he is even more romantic than I am.

Yes, but it has been a very long time. It is so hard to find the time and be happy to feel like just up and dancing with each other. We both work seven days a week right now and I pull 15-17 hours each day. I am too wore out to have any fun. I hope we can find time to enjoy life soon because both of us stay wore out but we have to have the money with the prices of everything these days.

Oh, that is so sweet! I haven't this, but I have made a separate playlist on my ipod for "love songs' and have been buying songs from the 70's-80's and I envision the dancing just like that...with the music, though...lol.

It is fantastic to feel like dancing, no matter what. Good for you. I have always loved to dance, and there does not have to be music. I feel that it is a great way for energy to move through my body in a free way and doing so creates positive energy all around me. Dance with me is absolutely a wonderful feeling.
