before starting a discussion do you write the contents on a paper?

I dont plan very much Comfort...i just start and see where it takkes me!! sometimes i just dry up after a few words ..then other times i have a good ramble!!! I dont blame you for making notes though....its good planning!!

Hi Comfort. If that is the method that works for you then it is fine dear. Yes it helps in writing down the points for discussion so that the flow would be nice. Some writers write that way and its their method and help them like you. Personally, I dont write the contents of my topic in a paper but I do write the topic sometime when an idea pops in my head and Im not in front of the PC. In that way, I can write about it. I can write freely and I say what is in my mind and what I feel so i don't see the need to write it in paper.

Hi Comfort That would take way too much time. I simply type out as I think and let my feelings come out. I usually think about what I want to write for a few seconds and then keep typing as my thoughts flow out!

I usually don't write the contents down. I have made alot of discussions in one day though and I wrote every one of them down along with the contents as soon as I thought of them so I would not forget. I have had some good discussions to start before and by the time I got ready to post them, they left my mind. Most of my discussions are spare of the moment.

sometimes yea and sometimes not. but mostly, i usually type it in a notepad before putting some discussions here because i easily forget some of the things that i wanna say

I write it down sometimes. If I'm not at the computer, I should write it down all the time because 99% of the time I forget it completely. I don't know how I can think something would be such a great discussion and then have it leave my mind forever.

I usually post directly here instead of writing it on a paper. However, with respect to some ideas, meaning just the heading, I usually write it down so that I won't forget the moment I can go online and sign in. Usually these are just titles and when I post, I elaborate.

When I think of something that I want to do, I sometimes write the keywords down so I do not forget what I wanted to talk about, but other than that the majority just comes from my mind as I start it. Sometimes I just think of something and then just type it all out straight away and just go through it after to make sure it is how I want it to be.
