Female rapper plans jailhouse wedding

Remy Ma currently in jail awaiting sentencing for shooting to marry fiance Papoose at Rikers Island Rapper faces a possibility of 25 years in prison. Do you think this should be allowed?

I don't think it should be allowed. The law is so messed up. She should not be allowed to marry until she gets out of prison since she was not already married before going there. She should have to do her time before enjoying that amenity.

did she shoot her fiance? if not, why not let her get married? its something constructive for her to do and to she'll get a support system from her hubby hopefully

I don't think we can stop people from wanting to get married. I can't really imagine why I would make a choice to marry someone in prison. And, in general, I don't think a 'rapper' in jail for shooting someone really ranks high on my list of "loves to be." My sister would tell me that you don't choose whom you love. I guess I've always been a bit cold hearted. Sure, you can be attracted to people... but you choose which attractions to explore and which to reject. Someone in prison for homicide? I would choose not to investigate that any farther. Of course, for the next 25 years he can run around and cheat as much as he likes. How's she gonna know or stop it?
