I'm afraid I'm not one for demanding recipes, I like things quick and easy as I have a hectic life. I do like beef though, so I have a variety of favourite recipes. Pot roast - shove a joint (preferably brisket) of beef in a slow cooker, allow to cook for about 6 hours, serve with vegetables and potatoes. Great recipe to do if you have people round as you can set it off at lunch time and when you come home there is only the veg to do. Quick Curry - fry some onions in a little oil until softened, add a teaspoon of curry paste, stir, add a tin of chopped tomatoes, stir. Meanwhile, cut beef (a nice steak cut) into slices or chunks, brown in another pan. When browned add to onion and tomato mix. Cover and simmer for 30mins, or until tender, serve with rice. The list goes on ... Do you need a recipe for a specific occasion, or do you just want ideas in general.

I hope you have success with all of the recipes which you try. One tip for cooking beef is that it does tend to be quite a tough meat, so if you are cooking in an oven it is better to cook at a lower temperature for a longer period of time. This will make the meat more tender, easier to cut, and easier to chew.
