After five years ,TV will dissapear???

Thats what Mr Bill Gates,Chairman of microsoft corporations said in a recent interview.... can you imagine our life without a TV????

I think he would have been referring to TV shows and movies being available on the internet, so there will be no need to have real time TV broadcasting. I think he means that in five years from now fewer people will be buying new TV sets. I live quite happily without a TV and I don't use my computer to watch anything, but I do listen to radio online.

i dont think that tv programs will be gone. i think they will make something better. maybe holographic projectors or something like that

I've been predicting this for years, but I don't think TV will totally go away in 5 years. I do think that more and more people will be watching TV or movies over the internet. There are also systems you can get that integrate your TV with your computer. But, I would hate that free, over the air, broadcasting will be gone forever. We need free TV as a public service and just about everyone has to pay for the internet.
