Hi everyone, For those of you that are in China, what can you tell me about the holiday you had last weekend? For everyone, maybe you can tell what you did over the weekend? I spent the weekend working on homework so I could stay ahead of deadlines for the two new classes I started (and I'm not making it for all of them). I had planned to go to Guangzhou to look for a new job for next year, but we missed the train. So I stayed home and did homework. I have decided that after the end of my current contract, I will return to America to find a real job where I can use my Human Resources degree.

hello again, you have such a busy weekend, i hope you catch up soon so you can take a better weekend rest. ours is a great one, we do are usual weekend dates, dine out and walk around the mall. i bought 3 pairs of shoes coz i have been wanting them for awhile so after saving i finally got it (wohoo!!!) bought some orchids for the home (we love plants/flowers) and at night just watch tv and relax. he's been really busy during weekdays so that's the only time we can really enjoy each other (i mean without worrying about works and stuff) our next weekend plan,,, maybe just stay home... he is on a trip this week so i feel it will be best if he can just rest at home read some magazines and just sleep as long as he wants. he deserves it anyway. i hope you find what you're looking for once your contract is done. it is always best to have a work that you really enjoy and love coz it is no longer consider work but FUN. takecare!

i wish you a better weekend this time, ours will be just rest coz my husband needs it. sorry to hear all the trouble in websites, i often have that when we are in china (oh well) yeah most of the stuff we bought in china is like a week used only so we do tried not to buy stuff when we are there, except of course of we are in the specail markets and cant help it (our bad!) back then, we usually ordered online or ask family members to send us stuff and it works just the price of the mail bothers us a lot coz dad or mom wont let us pay for it. dont worry, everything will be fine after that. being there is such a huge experience be it good or bad, over all it will help you be a better person and adds something to your resume. takecare and goodluck!

Yes, it has been a busy weekend and a busy week as well. I am still having trouble getting into some websites (like my classrooms) so I spend lots of time trying to do that. I don't like buying clothes or shoes at all. I need to but here it is impossible to find anything that fits and that doesn't fall apart in five minutes. I can't wait to leave here actually. I'm sure that things will get better for me. I hope all your weekends are happy and productive for you. Talk to you soon.

The very last weekend, I stayed in my room the whole day mylotting and doing something else over the Internet. I also finished two good books from Janet Evanovich. Usually during weekends, I stay in the building. If not, I'm in my parent's house. I rarely walk outside or go out to malls and stuff like that. I'm more like an in-door type of person.

That sounds pretty good. I haven't been about to get much mylotting in over the last week or two. I am trying to get a major paper written and it is taking up all my time. I don't like shopping, but I do like to go outside. Most of the time, I am on the computer, but when I get some free time, I do go outside. Have a great day!!!

we went to golden coral's restaurant to eat,and than went to the park with our pigs(guinea pigs).although,we eat at golden coral's almost everyday though, but,it was special that day b/c it was a very pretty day that day,and the sun was out,and real warm.when we got through with golden corals,we went back home, and got the pigs, and took them to the park to play in the grass.it was a fun day.LOL Those pigs enjoyed the day there at the park, and they were eating grass all the time!

Hi Bussy1979, I remember the days of going to Golden Corral. I may do it again before too long as I will be returning to America in July after being in China for two years. It sounds like it was a very nice day. I hope you had fun and continue to do so. Thaks for your response.
