What do you do when you are bored and restless?

I would usually surf the web or visit friends on the social networks, even though I know I have work to do or some chores. Have you ever felt like just doing nothing and do you feel bad if you do? Or do you make yourself busy instead? I sometimes get bored with the internet, so I read but I try to avoid going out because I know I will spend money on something I really don't need.

I never really feel bad about doing nothing, as I work 2 jobs, and really need to take a break at times, I just stay home on my days off and chill in my jammies, and just do whatever I fancy at the moment.

I usually don't get that way much, bored I mean, although there are days when I feel like I just don't want to do much.
I get my regular 'chores' finished up and out of my way so I can be free. Then, on days when I just don't want to do anything, I get a big glass of water, my banky, and my snacks and pile up on the sofa in front of the television. I tune in to the movie channel and watch old movies all day. The only time I get up is to pee......lol
That's not bored - it's just replenishing my energy level. There are too many things to do to let myself become completely bored. Sometimes, I put my hair into pigtails, get my coloring book and crayons, lay down on the floor and color for hours. I'm always doing something - even if it's not very productive. We creative thinkers need down time too.......lol

Yes, I understand that I have been having problems with my creative thinking lately, that is why I am so happy that you are here. I can always count on you to give me stimulating conversation. Now I haven't colored in years I will try that, see if I can find a good coloring book and some crayons, because I truly dislike television with some of the show they put on now. I see what you mean by replenishing your energy, I think that is what I need more of.

i try to stay focus on the things i need to do, but yeah i get bored sometimes. i am working on making sure things need to get done so when i do get bored and the internet or a book doens't cut it, i don't feel bad for laying on my butt doing nothing at all

I listen to music when i am bored.Music really helps a lot.It makes u feel very good or i listen to one of my favorite comedies

I like listening to music too, it is very relaxing, and I love a good comedy laughter is good for the soul.

When I'm bored i usually go to bed and sleep. For sometimes, I'll go on watch tv, surf on the internet and listen to my favorite musics.

I watch tv but I try not to watch too much of that and I do pop a movie in every once in a while.

when i get bored i usaully try everything, inviting more friends in friendster or in multiply or watch anime and make a blog entry. if you want you can visit my blog, you can see it in my account... heheh thanks in advance.
yeah, honestly i do some weird stuff, i bully my friends trough texting, chatting and posting some comments on their account.. heheh, or even criticize their profile in friendster. heheh
