What will you do if????

those are both funny situations. for the first situation, i would make my date eat something strong, like a mint candy or a pizza with lots of onions or anything that can cover for his bad breath! or i'll just make him eat anything! sometimes, people can get bad breath because they are hungry and wasn't able to eat anything. but if that doesn't work, i think i would probably give signs that i'm not enjoying myself so that he can take me home earlier than expected. for the second situation, i'll just tell him that there's something on his shoes and laugh about it like you. the first situation is more embarrassing for a guy than this one.

If you was on a 1st date and you had been to a pub or had a meal which contains spices then you got to expect a bit of odour in the mouth. I would not make a song n dance out of it and say your breath stinks. I would simply have a chewing gum myself, offering my date a bit. Hopefully they would take you up on your offer.

I used to know a man who had really bad, constant bad breath. Turns out he had a stomach condition that, back then, was untreatable. I have a friend who has bad breath. I think because he would like to be more friendly with me he is nervous when we meet. After we have a cuppa he is fine. This might have been the case with your situation number 1. The second time I met a friend of mine was after I had driven a long way, my car had broken down, I'd been stranded for a few hours and very worried and I had nothing to eat. I was so hungry. My friend pointed out when I gave him a hug that my breath was "a little bit smeely". I was never more mortified in my life. I was then angry because I had asked if he wanted me to bring anything from the shops for lunch and he said no, he was ok. But then, he didn't offer me anything to eat!!

If my date has really bad breath, I would have to tell them. I would have them brush their teeth and eat a mint or chew some gum or something. If my date had toilet paper stuck to their shoe, I would tell them that also if I could speak without laughing so hard.

Thats a tough one. For the first situation I think I would try to ignore it. Maybe its a one time thing. Something he/she ate. If it kept on I would probably try to be cute and in a joking fashion ask about mine and hopefully they say is mine ok and run with that. Or find out what their favorite gum or candy is and buy it as a little romantic gift. The second situation I would just say something in the same manner you suggested. I am a person who believes in not beating around the bush. lol

in the first situation, if i'm not close with him maybe i wouldn't breath if he talks lol or if i'm close with him, i'll joke with him if he forgets to brush his teeth or if he has shortage on toothpaste about the second situation i'll also tell him a joke about that and tell him that he's the only guy that i've seen who loves to bring some toilet paper with him
