In Florida, a male gardener received a summons for indecency when he was spotted wearing a mini-skirt while mowing a lawn. The reason he was wearing a skirt? He suffers painful heat rash! I say leave the man alone; let him wear what he needs to wear for his own health! What do you say??

well that would be fine since he has a good reason for doing that. Just leave him alone cause guys leave women alone for wearing a pants. Surely, it would be a shock but if that the reason of the gardener then it doesn't matter at all.

I say to leave the man alone too. So many people in this world judge others by the way they look or dress. They do not look beyond their physical appearance. They do not stop to realise they have a medical condition, less money, or a caring heart. People need to leave these people be themselves. That is why we all think we need to be like everyone else. We are always judged for being ourselves.

As long as he wasn't flashing anything and knew how to sit in a skirt (so many men don't know how), who cares what he is wearing. Women shouldn't wear too short skirts that show waaaaaay more than people want to see, neither should men. But other than that, who cares?

Here in the UK, specifically in Scotland, the national dress for men is a kilt. So would they be arrested for wearing a kilt I wonder. My partner wears a kilt on occasion, he says it's cool and comfortable in hot weather and certainly I wouldn't consider it indecent.
