it all started when adbux came out last year and it was the highest paying PTC that time coz its contemporaries pay less than 1 cent. then when i went back to the PTC world this february 2008, i noticed a barrage of PTC sites with the word "bux" attached to it. im getting confused coz im a member of quite some sites and you would sometimes forget which bux site is it that im a member of coz almost all of those PTC's for some weird reason have added "bux" to their name. is it like a lucky charm or something? why not use "dollars" instead of "bux"? or change the spelling of "bux" to "bucks" at least it is more unique. so how about you, what are your thoughts on this? do you find this bux craze a little redundant? and insipid? or you just find it ok?

I'm not sure why alot of sites use the word "bux". One site started it and became very well known and then more of them started to come out and named their name just like that. I think these sites thought they would really do well since the other site already did. I think it is kind of silly though because some of them are paying sites and other ones are scams.

well, i have no idea about this matter since so many "bux" program which coming around at this moment. honestly, i even don't know which one really legitimate enough which one just scamming program. what i see, except some bux, most of another bux program oftenly changed their TOS especially in their minimum payment to members

yeh I have seen this too, I gave up on all of them as they seem to disappear when time for payout comes along, I would rather stay here with Mylot, who is reliable and does pay...but I jnow what you mean, some of these sites do not have any imagination when it comes to making up a name...
