Do you know there are more venomous fish than snakes?
Presumably there are 1,200 venomous fish living in the sea. Fish with a biting bite outnumber all other venomous vertebrates combined, in fact,according to a research.
This is shocking! More than 50,000 people are poisoned by fish bites every year, symptoms range from blisters to death.
Do this figures surprise you enough?I know I was shocked,I knew that some fish can be venomous,but I never expect the amount can be that huge.I will be more careful next time I eat fish.
Do you like fish?How many kinds of fish have you eaten?Did you ever know that fish can be deadly?

good info dude i will be careful if at all i goto sea or any other place that is likely to have fish with venom.

I didn't know this. I am so scred of snakes more than I am of fish though. The figures definitely surprise me about the fish. I never expected so many fish to be venomous either. I don't really like to eat fish. I have only ate a couple of kinds over the years.

I really did not know that much about fish, it is very interesting, fish biting of course I know pyrana bite sharks too but I did not know about all those many kinds, that is quite interesting.

I did know the number was high as my son and hubby love watching all the educational shows like this. So I learn all kinds of interesting facts.

Venomous fish are fish that produce venom. There are at least 1200 species of venomous fish, and they include the Stonefish, Lionfish,Scorpion Fish, Stargazer,and Toadfish (Daector and Thalassophryne).
thus we should be careful and pay more attention to it.

I knew that there are some fish that can be poisonous to eat if it is not cleaned properly! I understand that those fish are popular in sushi bars and in Asia! I would not want to risk my life to eat any fish or meat! I knew about jelly fish, even though maybe not a real fish, but it is in the ocean and it does bite! I am glad that I never got bitten by one.

As long as it's not live fish, we are safe from eating them.. SO fish isn't really a threat unless u are someone who goes into the sea everyday.. While snakes are far more dangerous, because they are glide to anywhere they like and they hide in dark places or up on the roof and ceiling..

I am crazy about fish. but i think it is the job of sellers to know if these fish are lethal or not.
It is the first time I know that fish could be deadly. thanks for information. that was really good. you made me think twice before eating fish.
