The Philippine government is now facing a major dilemma on the production and allocation of rice to the Filipinos. The shortage of rice, according to the country's economist, was due to to the country's rising population which reaches up to 88 million. The govt. are now importing rice from outside the country, such as; vietnam, and forcing farmers to plant more rice after harvest. Rice is our major food, in which Filipinos ate rice almost 3 times a day.
In your country do you have thesame problem arising, how do your government solve it?
