Your body hardly to get up from bed. But you need to prepare yourself for work, or making some breakfast for your children. You are tired and don't want to get up. Sometimes you are thinking to absent coz your body aching and need some rest but you need to work for living. Your family depending on your support and you want them to give the best for life. Even you are tired you are still eager to wake up and smile to those people whom you love and there smile make your tired body awaken and ready to face your busy day. Do feel sometimes like this? Are getting tired sometimes in your life? Sometimes you don't want to get up and just want to spend your self at your bed?

I admit there are days where it is very difficult for me to get up. Not because my body aches, but because I awake in a (already) foul mood. That's nasty, may be some dream or what. So I just drudge through the first 30 minutes or so. But the point I want to make is this: I wouldn't know what to do when staying in bed. I wouldn't like it. I would get fidgety, toss around, and in the end get up anyways, feeling probably worse than before. So I prefer to 'face up' to that infamous reality and just get going.

i believe this happens to everyone at some point in there life. I wake up every morning with headaches and back pains especially in my neck area which is why i have the headaches. Its not from my bed because i get good rest and its not from my pillow either. Its from the work i do and the things i did when i was younger to my body. old injuries that come back to haunt me for the rest of my life. If i could give one advice to the young people it would be take care of your body as best as you can because one day it will retaliate in pain...

oh yes, when I was working I did feel like that a lot, but I did have to get up and do what I had to do. I had to be strong for my family because it was just me and my boy. I had to provide food for the family and pay the bills, and nurse him when he was sick. When you are a parent you have no other choice, you just have to do it.

If its not due to stress, its sometimes due to not having to look forward to every day since we could might as well be predictable with everything that we would be doing, we could very well call it a daily routine. We would even realize that contemplating on not rising from bed is part of the routine. Its so hard to motivate ourselves aside from the reality of we need to do things we have to 'cause of necessity. We might as well try to motivate ourselves with little things. Like looking forward to buy yourself something new or for someone once you get your pay at work. Spend a day with the family on your day off or something that would take your mind off from work. Of course, who wouldn't like to spend their day resting on bed when the previous day's fatigue hasn't been shed?

I'm very tired when I get up in the morning. But when I go to bed at lunch, I real real tired. So I don't want to go to nap. I don't know how I can get up and smile with others. I know if I smile with other, everybody will smile with me and I feel better.

This does happen to me and I am a morning person. There are days I just want to stay in bed and not face the world. I don't get to do it but boy there are times when I really wish I could*L*

Dear ciades, I feel u, there are so many days I feel like that. Talk about aching, but I found a product at Walmart called aches and pains which is so soothing. I really work hard physically. I turned on at least 7 people and they actually rave about how it has helped ease their pains. But not all Walmarts carry the product, it is made by village naturals. It will sure help. popciclecold

The feeling of not wanting to get up of home happens to me all the while, in fact everyday except Sunday when I do not have to work. It is not that I dread the drudgeries of the day but I just don't feel like getting up. Perhaps I am really tired and burnout.

Hello ciades, Sometimes, I do feel like that. I feel so lazy to start my day and just want to lie down and rest. Some other days, I feel so eager to wake up and start my day with all the busy schedules awaiting me.

It is hard sometimes but you find after you get up and get dressed that you have seen thesunshine and it gives you the energy you need to start a new day. I love to get up and get started on my lot myself. find out how my friends are doing and make a little bit of money too.
