The future is bright... is it positive or negative?

Someone said, "The future is bright. Because the future is created by positive people."
Well, what do you think? I am in complete agreement with this one. Those who are negative make a lot of noise about how bad things are but on the other hand, those who are positive quietly and steadily make a lot of real improvements and contributions to life.
Yes, of course there are always problems and there are always challenges but there are always other people willing to transform those challenges into great opportunities.
Let's talk about courage, commitment and discipline. Some are dedicated to follow their own best dreams and bring the rest of the world along with them. Not all are given the chances and resources but do you agree that those who choose to do the best they can with what they have, create a better life for everyone?
I observe that negative people are obsess over the past while positive people work their way eagerly toward the future.
How do we make it? It's not what help we can get or ask, it's the help that we can give.. that's makes the future bright.

You are right. We should all help others when we can. It does not have to be with money or material things, but there are many things we can do to be there for alot of people. We can also lend a hand to them also.

Yes again you are absolutely right, if you are a positive person you will see good in everything, you will not concentrate on the bad things in life but look for the good. You will say I can't you will say I can and I will.

Hi jeanniemay! Again, I am in complete agreement with your post. Optimistic people gives us hope and make our spirits alive. I am very optimistic but there are times that I am being dragged down by so many negative energies around me. I am still struggling to fight it with my own hopes and dreams, my faith and perseverance. I know that with love and positive thinking and my Lord in my heart, I know He will make a way for me! Your observation is absolutely right. Negative people do obsess over the past and positive people look towards the future.
I also think the future is created by positive people because they are the ones with foresight and vision and they are the ones who start new enterprises. They do not fear failure, and when they find obstaces in their way they can always see a way around them.
Some of the most successful people in the world are those who have known failure but it did not stop them from looking ahead and seeing a better way forward.

Yes,may e you are right.But I also have some questions what kind of future do you think is bright?All the things are auto?There is no green here?I think you wouldn't think of that.So I think if we want to have a bright future we have to have a good environment first.That should be done by all the people around the world not just by the positive people.

Wow! That's really so true and I've never thought about it before. I totally agree with it. Negative people are busy stirring up trouble and complaining about things. Positive people are busy making the world a better place. Thank you so much for posting this!

I agree with the statement. Of course, past is important in our lives too.. it can help us bring the best in ourselves cause we can use the past and learn from it...
but of course, when you are positive and you know you have gone through tough times in the past... you will not lose hope and will even make the best of your future cause you know you can make it through.
i have heard too many stories about succesful people who risked, and who thought of the positive things in their lives, using the past as their driving force to achieve success.

I agree with you. One will never climb out of the hole they've fallen into, unless they dig steps into the side of it... i.e. stop complaining about their ill-luck and start searching for the good things which they know are there for the taking. (discard the negatives and apply the positives).
Negative people will only get by if they have positive friends, but sooner or later, those positive friends get tired of trying to surmount the negatives of others, on top of their own. We owe it to ourselves to put the negatives behind us and apply a positive mental attitude in all we do, in an effort to make a life path a smooth and pleasant one.

You said it all your words of courage, commitment and discipline..these are absolutely the attributes we need to develop in this day and age...
Courage, to take one day at a time, come what may, commitment to your won presonal growth in you won way and being disciplined enough to adhere to this every day. Life has cycles and se do we and with those qualities we can remain above water . I personally do yoga and meditation every day and this helps me for the rest of the day, through the dramas and good times of life.
People these days have no patience , they want everything so fast.. but when given time to yourself to cultivate compassion, patience etc.. not only will your personal relationships grow , so will your business and all aspects of your life.
