I have lots of plans in my life.. one is to have a business. but the problem is i can't decide what kind of business.. i have options in getting a franchise or CD-R King or Copy Trade. these two business is quite popular here in Philippines. but im still thinking of something unique. instead of giving away my money for purchasing a franchise, i'll just start my own, even small, business... can you please give me an idea of what kind of business to start? do you have a business that you can share or maybe i could be your partner?

May I suggest something? When you are looking for a business to get involved in, do not get incolved in a business just because it worked for someone else or because you think you can make a lot of money from it. I would like to suggest that you sit down and seriously consider the following - 1. What are the things that you enjoy doing? 2. Is anything that you enjoy doing marketable or sellable? (eg. if you enjoy organising things, maybe you can start a business as a event planner or something, or if you enjoy photography, maybe a wedding photographer etc.) 3. Would you enjoy doing this business 18 hours a day and 7 days a week? (a lot of people will say that when they have their own businesses they will only work x hours or x days a week, but to be frank, to be successful enough to be able to decide that you will only work x hours, you need to have worked the long hours first) However, whatever you choose to do ... GOOD LUCK! :-)

Here's a side thought ... If you have an interest in marketing or have contacts with investment funds, then consider this - I run a Property Development company in Australia and we are currently looking for Joint Venture funding for 1 of our projects. The project is to build 31 townhouses in an outer suburb of Melbourne (Victoria). We are looking for investors with a minimum of AUD$20,000 (we need AUD$2,000,000 in total) to invest. The return is expected to be between 20% and 45% per annum and the project will last 1.5 to 2 years. I am willing to pay you a spotter's fee if you are able to refer investors. This is a legitimate offer. The company has been around for 8 years, has government contracts and full identification etc. will be made to investors. Investor funds + a minimum of 10% pa. interest is guaranteed. If you are interested, please let me know and we can discuss compensation and I will tell you more about our company and the project.

I'm not really sure what to tell you about starting your own business these days in the Phillipines. I am in the United States and the economy here is really bad right now. I don't think any businesses here are doing very good at all. I wish I could help, but I truly do not know.

CD-R king is good, but I recommend that you start a computer business...Try to open a netcafe, I'm sure it will be a big hit. Since everyone uses computer, June is near and classes will start, students will need to use computers for research, projects..etc. I also recommend that you open a food business. I'm planning to open a restaurant here in tagaytay next year.
