Having hard time waking up...

everyday the first thing im dealing with myself is waking up in the morning. eventhough i have an alarm clock with me, it doesn't really work for me. i usually sleep around 11pm... how do you help your self wake up early in the morning?

My mom wakes me up everyday, since I have to be up by 5.30am. :)

wow that's really early... at times i also ask someone to wake me up... but at times it gives me headaches...

i did also difficulties in waking up every morning because i usually sleep at 3am-4am in the morning and i need to wake up at 8am to open my shop. i set my alarm at 7am but return again to sleep but when the second alarm rang at 8am i am force to wake up for my business when my assistant arrived at 10am that's the time i returned home and sleep for a couple of minutes and wake up for mylot job.

No matter what time I go to bed, I have a hard time waking up just because of the alarm.

I always wake myself up every day without an alarm clock. I think my body is used to sleeping for a few hours and then I am up and working again. I haven't used an alarm clock for years now. I also work nights and I always wake up during the daytime hours to get started.

I go to sleep around 11pm as well. I do have an alarm clock to wake me up, but if I am super tired and don;t get up after that my dad would call me from outside my room and ask me if I'm not getting up it's already 6:30am. When I hear that well I automatically and literally fly out of my bed! I don;t look back after that really. To me, what gets me up is knowing I have somewhere I need to be for a certain time.

i go to sleep for about 1-2am and i'm gonna wake up by 9-10am lol the thing that i do is put my cell phone which is my alarm clock on top of my head or just beside me and set my profiles into loud mode. sometimes, it works on me and sometimes it doesn't but when my cousin sees me that i'm still sleeping at around 10, she just wakes me up coz she knows that i'm gonna be definitely late for school
