* Control the sulfur
* Routinely use a toothpaste or mouthwash containing zinc compounds or stabilized chlorine dioxide to help break down odor-causing sulfur chemicals
I have a few tips for care and cure, yes, my friend.
She should keep an eye on hygiene by brushing and flossing regularly to keep her teeth free of food particles that can lead to halitosis. She can also scrub her tongue. This is done by either brushing with a soft toothbrush or using a commercial tongue scraper regularly. This will remove odour-causing agents and keep bacteria in check. Maybe a dental checkup would help, to find out if problems associate with oral health are contribution to the problem.
Once that is ascertained, there are a few, simple home remedies for the condition. Eating a very green, raw guava, serves as an excellent home remedy. Of chewing a green cardamom after meals for a longer duration. Avocado is considered valuable in treating the problem of bad breath, fruit and vegetable juices help a great deal, or a tea from fenugreek leaves and drunk every day.
I hope this helps. Brightest Blessings, my friend.

dear byola2871 I fully agree with you as body odour is terrible and I can not tolerate . Specially in summer season if you have travelled in a crowded bus or train you might have experienced. It is happened on several occasion with me. Specially male candidates are having prone to the body odur as female candidate are very conscious about their health and fashion and most of the female candidates prior to go out of their home they do make up and spray scent etc. so though they are having some kind of body odour but due to use of perfume somewhere such odours suppressed.It will be beneficial for all who are having such body odours to use perfume and to use tooth paste before leaving home so that others will not suffer.

i agree with you that perfumes can help but there are times that some people have very strong body odours and this spoils the good smell of the perfumes ,i really feel for these people,i hope science will look at this area instaed of researching into killer weapons that is used to destroy humanity

I hate any kind of odors. I would suggest to the lady to make sure she brushes her teeth daily and flosses. I would also tell her to use some kind of mouth wash and make sure she brushes her tongue also. I would also suggest that she use some Binaca spray. It is a moth spray and it kills germs that cause bad breath. She can also use the mint strips.

First of all, is she practising good oral hygiene? Does she floss and brush her teeth every after meal? Does she smoke? Does she visit the doctor for regular physical check up? Does she visit the dentist for prophylaxis every six months? She might have dental caries which need filling. Ask her these questions and advise her to give more attention to her physical appearance, it will boost her confidence if she is physically A-okay. Good luck!

i agree with all these questions as they will actually help to give her a realistic remedy to the problem,however she does not come across to me as someone who does not take the issue of personal hygiene serious but we will try every approach to see the end of this problem

It's actually a fairly common condition called halitosis. There are many products out there now specifically made to treat halitosis. Which ones are most effective I do not know. But go to Wembd and look up "Halitosis" and you'll find lots of info.
