Horrorfest 2008

I hope Horrorfest 2008 comes back this year. I have seen everyone of them since they started and have all the dvd's. The "Rave" didn't make alot of money off them last year so not sure it will come back here. Has anyone here seen Horrorfest? Do you like the movies?

I have been SO disappointed in the majority of the Horrorfest movies from both last yr and the yr before...There were a couple of ok ones but why the claim they are "too" intense/gory etc etc for theaters is beyond me since they are ALL very tame flicks...

I agree, but with me it's just the fun of going to watch movies all week-end and being there for two or three movies and you know everyone there is a horror fick freak. I have seen scarier movies for sure and there were a couple last year I would have put under sci-fi. Borderland wasn't scary at all.

I have heard of the Horror Fest but have never taken part with any of it. I do like the movies. I love horror movies if they are good ones and aren't too fake looking. We get movies from Netflix. I will have to look those up.
