Italian Restaurant Closed After 3 months!

My husband and I had waited for months for this new Italian restaurant to finish being built so we could have Italian food instead of having to drive 1/2 hour to get some. Most of the eating places around here are Chinese and Mexican, so we couldn't wait. When it finally did open (about 3 months ago) it shut down again! I can understand why. We went there right away and were very disappointed. My husband ordered lasagna that had only noodles and sauce rather than the usual nice thick lasagna you get elsewhere. I orderd spaghetii and meatballs. The meatballs were tiny, the noodles were dry and stuck together and the sauce was the color of tomatoes soup and had no flavour. We were so disappointed. The place is now closed and I'm not at all surprised. If only they had cooked better food. What were they thinking! I've tasted better spaghetti out of a can! Maybe someone else will buy it and make some real Italian food!

I have never ate at a real Italian restaurant. I love Mexican food myself and my husband loves to eat Chinese. We don't have a whole lot of choices in our area either and it is always nice when a new restaurant becomes available. We used to have a Taco Bell close to our home but they took it out also. I think alot of food in restaurants have nasty food now. We used to love this Mexican restaurant and would drive 50 miles to go eat there. I wouldn't give them a dime for their food now though. It is gross.

Pensacola has about 8 Taco Bells! Not big on Mexican food. We do have a nice "Outback" here.

That is sad, I can't believe someone would expect it to go over, and not serve quality food. Hopefully something better will go in there.
