I find it isnt if I have done something wrong then I will say sorry, it might take me a while to realise I did wrong but I do mean it when I apologise. Do you mean it or do you just say it easily?

Normally, I have no problem saying I am sorry. Sometimes, however, I will encounter a person who refuses to apologize, even if they are wrong. In that case, I tire of always being the one to smooth things over and declare myself in the wrong. My husband is a prime example. He will readily say he is sorry over little, unimportant things. If he bumps into me, uses the computer for a long time before realizing that I am waiting to use it, or gets home late, he will quickly apologize. If we ever have a major argument about something important, however, or if he hurts my feelings, he will completely refuse to apologize. I find this very strange. So, anyway, to answer your question, I have no problem apologizing if I am wrong, or if I have hurt someone's feelings. I mean it when I apologize, and I have a very difficult time saying sorry if I don't mean it.

I don't mind saying i'm sorry when i'm wrong, but sometimes even when i'm not wrong i will tell my husband that i'm sorry that i disagree with him. But it does help keep the peace. of course he does the same with me sometimes. I guess it comes out about equal in the end.

If I am wrong then I will admit it and apologise. Sometimes it isn't easy to apologise when you feel that you were in the right but I do mean it.

Yah that is right. Just like from the line in a song "sorry seems to be the hardest word". It is really hard to say sorry specially to someone you really care.
